Bet x Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the platform bet x, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
• You must be an individual (not a business entity) registering in your own personal capacity.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. False information may result in account termination and funds being frozen until identity verification is completed.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account active on the bet x platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• You must use your own information — not someone else's — to register. Using another person's identity without their consent is both illegal and a violation of this platform's terms.

By registering a bet x account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above. bet x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your registration details.

2User Account & Security Responsibilities

Account bet x yours is entirely your own responsibility. The following are important matters you need to be aware of and comply with in relation to account management:

• You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that occurs in your account following a successful login is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the bet x support team immediately via live chat or email at support@betx-khelo.com. We will help secure your account.
• bet x recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
• You must keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur — particularly the email address and phone number used for account verification.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the platform bet x subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no default daily maximum deposit limit, but you can set your own personal limit through your account settings.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the bet x finance team.
• Payment methods supported by bet x include: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, FPX via Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. All of these are legitimate Malaysian payment methods.
• No transaction fees are charged by bet x for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges — please check with your provider.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC). This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.
• Withdrawal processing times: DuitNow – up to 1 hour; eWallet (TnG, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost) – up to 2 hours; FPX/Bank Transfer – up to 3 hours on business days.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the bet x platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by bet x subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. These wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses typically have validity period – the time given to meet the wagering requirements before a bonus expires. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Some games may not be eligible to contribute toward bonus wagering requirements, or may only contribute at a lower percentage. The list of eligible games is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Each player is only entitled to a welcome bonus throughout the lifetime of their account at bet x. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Bet x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. However, promotions that are currently in the process of having their wagering requirements fulfilled will continue under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through dishonest means — including exploiting system vulnerabilities or colluding across multiple accounts — will be voided and the accounts involved may be terminated.

5Game Rules

Every game on the platform bet x – whether Live Casino, slots, or Sports Betting – has its own specific rules that apply. The general conditions that apply across all games are:

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a game round ends. Any technical errors that occur during gameplay will be reviewed and resolved by the bet x technical team based on recorded game logs.
• For Sports Betting, match results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the governing body of the relevant league or competition. All bets are settled according to officially recognised results.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in specific circumstances such as a match being cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours – in which case the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to settle that bet. Any odds changes after confirmation will not affect bets that have already been locked in.
• Live/in-play betting is subject to time limits set by the system. bet x reserves the right to reject or suspend live bets in situations where the integrity of the market cannot be assured.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform bet x and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud or identity impersonation – registering using false information or using another person's identity.
• Multiple account ownership – opening more than one account under your own name, or coordinating with others to gain bonus advantages across multiple accounts.
• System exploit abuse – exploiting technical errors, odds display glitches, or system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised gains.
• Money laundering – using the bet x platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Use of automated software – using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to play automatically without genuine human involvement.
• Collusion – collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the betting system for unfair mutual gain.

7Account Termination & Suspension

bet x reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass the KYC check within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bet x support team. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to the settlement of all active bets and applicable compliance requirements.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account will be held securely until the investigation is concluded. bet x will notify the user of the investigation status within 5 business days.

8Liability Limit

Platform bet x provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, there are limits to our liability:

• Bet x is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet service disruptions, technical issues beyond our control, or natural disasters that prevent access to the platform.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, bet x will take appropriate action based on available game logs. The decision of the technical team is final in such cases.
• Bet x is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may be imposed by local authorities on your winnings. You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to gambling activity under applicable local laws.
• Bet x's total liability to any individual user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9Privacy & Personal Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by bet x operated in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). In brief:

• We only collect data that is necessary for the stated purposes — identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention.

11Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
